By purchasing any of my services, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service and have read the details of the type of commission you are purchasing.I have the right to refuse a commission if I am not comfortable with like if it is outside the guidlines of my commissions or cannot be drawn in my art styleAll price are for personal use, please contact me if you’re going to use it for commercial purposes.The price and terms of service may be changed without prior notice.DO's & DONT's

Human, Humanoid, Original Character, Fan Art, Kemonomimi, R18/NSFW (nudity illustration request, partial nudity or implications is ok.)Will not do :

There are several payment options you can choose from:
Full (100%) upfront50% upfront them 50% after sketch confirmation50% upfront, 25% after sketch confirmation then 25% before sending final high res fileREVISIONS
I will provide WIP for each process until finished (skech - lineart - coloring - finishing)Unlimited revision during sketchMajor (concept, pose, background, add accessories) revisions after the sketch confirmation will have a fee, but minor revision (color change) is still acceptable until finishing.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I will always complete your commission within 14 days, 1 months at the latest. If you need a specific date, you must let me know and i will calculate onto commission price. The fee will vary depending on how rushed the work must be.USE
Personal use and streaming/graphic usage.For commercial usage, it must be mentioned to include commercial.If you require signing of contracts for specific commercial work or projects regarding usage, NDA, etc., this can be arranged from your end and discussed.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I have the right to post your commission and usage for samples, portfolio, posting on social media, etc. If you want to keep the work private, please let me know.Not allowed to trace the commisioned work as merchandise or claim it as your own. If you wish to do so please commercial usage fee and agreement.Not allowed my art to be used in any NFT or AI learning.REFUNDS
Refund can be accept only at the sketch phase, you can decide if you would like a 70% refund. After sketch phase i will not accept refund. Full refunds are possible if I have not yet worked your commission. Therefore, please make sure that you are certain about commissioning me.COMMUNICATION
